An Agentic IT Service
Desk that Closes Itself

Aura is an agentic, AI-powered IT service desk. It replaces traditional L1 and L2 support with specialized agents that understand, diagnose, self-heal, escalate, and proactively monitor — through a natural conversational interface.

Why Aura Exists

We believe helpdesk support shouldn’t operate like a department. It should be quiet, instant, and mostly invisible to the people relying on it. That’s the operation we’re building Aura toward — one that closes most of its own work, escalates the rest with full context, and gives your engineers their week back.

70%
L1/L2 tickets resolved before a human ever sees them.
30sec
For the top automations — password, VPN, Outlook, OneDrive.
40+
To platform and security work, in a 1,000-user environment.
10×
Most tickets close before reaching your service desk.

IT Helpdesk Automation

Running a 24/7 helpdesk costs two things — the people on the desk, and what each of them bills per hour. Aura cuts both: 70% of L1/L2 tickets close before a human sees them, so you run a leaner team — and pay $5/user/month for the agentic layer that does the deflection.

Rate card — team reshaped, Aura layered on
  • Aura$5/user/mo
  • L1$25 $15/hr
  • L2$35 $22/hr
  • L3$75 $40/hr

Calculated at 160 hours / month / person across the 24/7 rotation for 1,000 users. Headcount drop reflects 70% deflection of L1/L2 volume by Aura.

Your IT Onboarding Checklist.

Fifteen actions, grouped by domain. Most are confirmations or small configs your IT team already does for any new SaaS.

Identity & Access
0/3
Grant tenant-admin consent for the IT Helpdesk Automation Enterprise Application
Confirm SAML SSO IdP — Entra ID, Okta, Ping or other — and we’ll configure on our side
Nominate the administrators who need command-centre access, mapped to your existing groups
Network & DNS
0/4
Open Port 443 outbound, bi-directional, from endpoints to our cloud
Confirm available bandwidth — we size for under 5 MB / endpoint / day compressed
Flag any sites without direct internet access — we’ll deploy a local relay
Allowlist the cloud endpoints we provide (full list shared under NDA at kickoff)
Security
0/2
Bypass SSL inspection — scoped only to the IT Helpdesk Automation domains
Exempt the agent service from interactive proxy authentication
Endpoint / EDR
0/3
Apply the AV / EDR exclusions list we provide — signed agent binaries and local telemetry DB paths
Share your OS estate breakdown — Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile, VDI mix
Confirm any VDI environments — persistent or non-persistent (pooled)
Deployment
0/3
Choose deployment path — your MDM/RMM (Intune, SCCM, JAMF, Workspace ONE, Kandji), SPNX-managed, or phased
Identify a 50–100 endpoint pilot cohort
Schedule the deployment window for full estate rollout — health-gated waves

Frequently asked questions

All three, designed as one product. The user-facing layer is a Microsoft Teams chat. Behind it sits the AI orchestration, ITSM integration, automation library, telemetry, and managed-service delivery. You buy one thing, not five integrated things.
No. It removes the L1 and L2 ticket load that currently consumes them. Your engineers stay — they just get back to platform, security, and architecture work. For most clients, Aura makes the existing IT team materially more effective rather than smaller.
Self-heal scripts run only with user consent at the endpoint, and sensitive actions require engineer approval before execution. When Aura isn’t sure, it escalates — and the escalation arrives with full conversation context and the right priority and queue already set. Wrong answers, when they happen, fail safely.
In a regional cloud of your choice — US, UK, EU, India, or UAE. Cross-region transfer requires your explicit consent. Your tenant data stays in your tenant; Aura accesses it through the consented Microsoft application boundary, not through a copy.
Device performance, application usage, system health, and user-experience telemetry. Keystroke capture and screen recording are not part of the service. Full data dictionary available on request.

The fastest way to know if Aura works for you is to run it.
